The “FEP - Towergate Camerasure European Fine Art Photograph of the Year Award” had 550 entries.

The winners were awarded at a special ceremony which will took place at the Photo Museum of Antwerp, Belgium,Waalsekaai 47, on Thursday December 17th next, at 7:30 pm. The overall FEP European Professional Photographer of the Year and the FEP - Towergate Camerasure European Fine Art Photograph of the Year Award will be announced during the ceremony.
The awards will consist of certificates and a magnificent cut glass trophy. Epson will print the finalist images for inclusion in the award collection. The FEP European 2009 Awards Exhibition will be open to the public at the Photo Museum of Antwerp, first floor, from December 15th up to the end of the year. The collection will consist of the top 10 finalists from each category and the top 10 fine art images.

The collection will then be exhibited throughout the year in several European locations, including Madrid and Milan.
As an acknowledgement of the historic standards reached in the FEP - Towergate Camerasure European Fine Art Photograph of the Year Award, Epson will award the winner, membership of the Digigraphie® Collection which represents a world standard in fine art printing. The 10 finalist images will be part of, if the artists agree, a special Digigraphie collection for the FEP 2009 Awards, and as such all the work displayed at the Photo Museum of Antwerp will be Digigraphie certified as well.
