How the competition runs

The competition is totally Web based; the signup, hosting and the judging will all be carried out online. An initial selection of 20 images will be made by the Judges from which an overall winner will be selected. The shortlist of 20 will be announced and published on this Web Site. The winning image will be announced on December 17th, 2009.

Prizes and Fine Art Exhibition

The 20 images which obtain the highest scores from the international jury will be printed on Epson fine art paper and displayed at the Photo Museum of Antwerp, Belgium. “The FEP Towergate Camerasure European Fine Art Exhibition” will be displayed from December 4th, 2009 to January 7th, 2010.

The image which obtains the overall highest score will be awarded as the "FEP Towergate Camerasure European Fine Art Photograph of the Year”.

The author of the winning image will be awarded at a special ceremony, at the Antwerp Photo Museum, on December 17th, 2009. The award will consist of a certificate and a magnificent cut glass trophy. The authors of the 20 selected images will be invited to the presentation also. Authors of all finalist images will be presented with a certificate and an official mention on the FEP Web Site.

All participants will receive the official results by e-mail.
